Breakfast...

Manjimup "Truffled" scrambled Egg with triple smoked crispy bacon & slow roasted tomatoes.
Poached farm eggs, slow roasted tomatoes, saute mushrooms with thyme.
Swiss cheese & ham omelete, garden herbs, saute mushrooms & slow roasted tomatoes.
Big breakfast 2 fried eggs, crispy tripple smoked bacon, pork sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms & baked beans.
Smoked salmon & scrambled egg with chives (special)
Porridge & Maple Syrup.

Selection of muesli & cereals, fresh fruit salad, local yoghurt, preserved fruits, pastries & a selection of toasted breads from our breakfast bar.


Dinner... 
(3 courses only available for groups of 4 people plus (dinners available for 1 or 2 people during December until March only)- please advise at the time of booking your accommodation if you would like to dine in).  Seating is at 7pm and is strictly B.Y.O.  and we request that the dining room please be vacated by 9.30pm at the latest.

Soup of the day (entree)
Seared scallops with coriander, chilli & coconut glaze on a bed of noodles. (entree or main)
Goats cheese in Japanese breadcrumbs with apple, spinach salad.        (entree or main)
Beef eye fillet, Cabernet reduction & garden vegetables, truffle butter glaze.
Baked salmon pesto crust, new potatoes & garden vegetables.
Chicken tenderloins with wild mushrooms & creamy garlic sauce.

Desserts...

Pannacotta with red berries
Caramelised banana, star anise, vanilla pod & cinnamon ice cream.
Chocolate mousse
Selection of premium French cheeses, Muscatels, Lavosh biscuits.
